Beaumont & Hart was founded in 2005 on a simple conviction: that the clients navigating the most consequential moments of their business and personal lives deserve counsel that is both intellectually rigorous and quietly attentive.

What began as a two-partner practice focused on corporate transactions has grown into a boutique firm spanning three offices and six practice groups — without ever losing the direct, partner-led attention that first defined it.
